• User Experience, Conceptualization: Designed and implemented an online decision-making tool for the strategic management of the wine cooperative enterprises network of the Languedoc-Roussillon region (350 entities)

• Coaching-Training: Train the trainers, conference, and workshop management for a network of directors in the wine business field

• Business development: six federations representing most of the French regions have adopted the tool (more than 1000 entities).

• Cooperation: Inducing initiatives with governmental and private institutions in France and Europe

• Coaching-Formation : Formation de formateurs, animation de conférences et d'ateliers pour un réseau de dirigeants dans le domaine du vin

• Développement des entreprises : six fédérations représentant la plupart des régions françaises ont adopté l'outil (plus de 1000 entités).
